Description:
This easy-to-use melt tool will pierce into toner cartridges without the risk of damage.
This tool plugs in to heat up, then melts a ring into the cartridge. Once the cartridge is pierced the plastic circle is extracted and becomes lodged in the tool. Then, once the tool cools down, the plastic circle can be removed so that the cartridge can be refilled.
