Rare 2 door coupe XJ12C Only about 750 made with V12 engine and 2 door hardtop body. Only made in 1975 and 1976. New red paint was well done. Good leather and wood and interior. These cars are on most lists of cars to buy now because they will increase in value. This car is a bit of a project. I bought it from a friend’s estate. I had helped him work on it over the years and I know the car. It ran good until he removed the exhaust system and the engine oil pan and transmission oil pan to replace the leaking gaskets and replace the rusty floors. Some earlier owner had repaired the floors with fiberglass which is ok for just a driver but a rare car like this should have new floors installed. New floor panels are included in a box but you will have to decide if you want to cut out the old floors and weld in the new floor panels. The new floor panels cost $750. Headliner is sagging. The rear windows were also removed for some reason. The rear windows and all parts are there and some new seals but need to be installed. The original exhaust system is all there but off the car. He had installed special pipes to eliminate the catalytic converters, but the original converters and parts are there if you need them. This is a good deal for someone who wants to finish the work.
